In addition to ITIL V3 “Lifecycle” classes we provide NETD also offer ITIL V3 “Capability” classes as well! We encourage customers to consider these Capabilities courses. The Capability courses span more functional process areas and teach how these processes are integrated across the lifecycle. The Lifecycle courses tend to be more theory based and focus on one area within the lifecycle. The lifecycle courses are good, but students tend to gain more from the Capabilities courses.
